Recently, our entire company came together for an AI Hackathon—a chance to pause our daily work, collaborate across teams, and dedicate time to experiment with the latest advances in AI. Every department was involved: engineering, design, product, marketing, operations, customer success, sales, and more.
The hackathon wasn’t just about building quick prototypes. It was designed to:
- Create community by bringing together colleagues from every department.
- Drive innovation and uncover new AI-driven solutions to real business challenges.
- Champion AI adoption by giving everyone a chance to get hands-on with AI tools.
- Spot high-impact ideas that could evolve into future features or products.

Teams brainstormed and prototyped creative ways to leverage AI to support our customers’ needs and to find new efficiencies for our own work. From smarter workflows to more intuitive patient and provider experiences, the projects showcased not just what AI can do, but what’s possible when everyone contributes and explores from different perspectives.
The hackathon was more than just a sprint of ideas. It reflected our culture: prioritizing innovation, encouraging creativity, and investing in the future of healthcare technology. And while the event has ended, the momentum it sparked is just beginning.
